theory:
in old photoshoots, tyler always wore red and josh always wore blue, representing the logo. i was thinking, who represents the black?
immediately, the lyric, “you, bulletproof in black” from fairly local came to mind. in that verse, he is talking about the clique, “the few, the proud, the emotional.”
tyler is red, josh is blue, the clique is black. all of us are represented.
“we are twenty one pilots and so are you.”
